Nimbuds is like a mini Digimon/Pokémon style world and it's super adorable! Love collecting these cute creatures and figuring out all their unique moves. The strategy part is really cool, especially seeing how each Nimbud evolves. It's amazing how deep this game goes for a game jam project. I really love that you can battle your friends too.

The pixel art is neat, but training monsters was really just about waiting for buttons to be clickable without any challenge or enemy. It could become interesting with more gameplay mechanics.

It let me play it solo, but there's no battle so I just immediately won a flawless victory. The training doesn't have progress or cooldown indicators, and tbh clicking every available button as soon as I can isn't really a fun experience. If the training were somehow a puzzle, or I were rewarded for sequences/combos, this would be more enjoyable
