This is pretty much Space Invaders with a twist. I made it so that in between waves of enemies, the player can buy upgrades using currency gained from killing aliens. These upgrades can affect the player directly, or you can also buy little turrets that help you fight the aliens. The code was very messy but I think it was pretty good, given that I never used Redux or PixiJS before this project. See feedback

Tower defense game Defend your base against invading ghosts! Can put down 3 different types of turrets. Get money for killing ghosts, and loose health if you let them go by. Spent a lot of time working on trying to get variables to set +troubleshoot (react doesn't like setting variables -_- need to use Asynchronous State Updates for variables to maintain their value from one frame to the next).
